SME Packages Digital: up to 70% of your project funded.

SME Packages Digital is an aid scheme run by the Luxembourg Ministry of the Economy for SMEs. It covers up to 70% of the cost, excluding VAT, of a digital project. Kikeur Agency checks your eligibility, supports you through the application and delivers the project.

THE COMPANY

Is your business eligible?

Three criteria apply to the business itself.

  1. Registered office in Luxembourg. The business must have its registered office in Luxembourg.
  2. A valid business permit, issued by the Ministry of the Economy.
  3. SME size, according to the European thresholds: fewer than 250 employees, and an annual turnover of no more than €50 million or an annual balance sheet total of no more than €43 million.
THE PROJECT

The conditions for the project.

  1. Project budget: the cost of the service must be between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT, depending on the package.
  2. Aid: the Ministry of the Economy funds up to 70% of the project cost excluding VAT. The remaining 30% is paid by the business.
  3. Support: Kikeur Agency supports you at every step, from the eligibility check to the submission of the application.

Who can benefit from SME Packages Digital?

How much is the aid?

The aid covers up to 70% of the project cost excluding VAT. The project must cost between €3,000 and €25,000 excluding VAT depending on the package, which means up to €17,500 in aid. The remaining 30% is paid by the business.

Can we start the project before approval is granted?

No. The application must be submitted and approved on MyGuichet.lu before you sign the quote, start the work or pay a deposit. Anything started before the Ministry gives its approval is excluded from the aid.

Where is the application made?

The application is made online, on MyGuichet.lu, the Luxembourg State portal. Kikeur Agency helps you prepare and submit it.
