Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is H.T.S SARL, which operates the Kikeur Agency brand (Luxembourg Trade Register B196894), 7 Avenue du Swing, L-4367 Belvaux, Luxembourg. For any question about your data, write to us at contact@kikeur.com.
The data we collect
Through the contact form
- Full name, e-mail address and message (required);
- Company, telephone number and the services you are interested in (optional).
We do not ask for any sensitive data. Please do not include any in your message.
During your visit
If you accept, advertising and measurement cookies record technical information: pages viewed, type of device, cookie identifier and where the visit came from (for example a Google ad). Details are given below, in the “Cookies” section.
Why, and on what legal basis?
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Replying to your request and sending you a quote | Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Following up on your project commercially | Our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f)) |
| Measuring traffic on the site (Google Analytics) and the performance of our ads (Google Ads) | Your consent to cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time |
| Meeting our accounting and legal obligations | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
Who receives your data?
Your data is read only by the Kikeur Agency team. It is never sold. Our technical service providers have access to it only as far as strictly necessary:
- Website hosting: Hostinger International Ltd, on a server located in Paris, France;
- Sending form messages: Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), which forwards your message to our mailbox;
- Receiving messages: Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation B.V.), with data hosted in the European Union;
- Audience measurement and advertising, if you accept: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Ads);
- Map on the Contact page: Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). It only loads if you click “Afficher la carte”; Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies.
Resend and Google may transfer some data to the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Fonts are hosted on our own server: your browser does not contact Google Fonts.
How long do we keep it?
- Contact requests that go no further: 3 years after our last exchange;
- Clients: for the whole business relationship, then 10 years for accounting records;
- Cookies: 13 months at most; your cookie choice is kept for 6 months.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- access your data and obtain a copy;
- have it corrected or erased;
- restrict its use or object to it;
- receive it in a commonly used format (portability);
- withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before.
Write to us at contact@kikeur.com. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), 15 Boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, cnpd.public.lu.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file stored on your device. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse cookies that are not essential. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and nothing is stored before you choose. You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
| Cookie | Service | Role | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cookie choice | kikeur.com | Remembering your choice so we do not ask again (essential) | 6 months |
| _gcl_au | Google Ads | Linking a visit to a Google ad in order to measure the contact requests it generates | 3 months |
| IDE, test_cookie | Google (doubleclick.net) | Showing ads and measuring their performance | 13 months at most |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Measuring traffic on the site: pages viewed, length of visits, where they come from | 13 months |
If you refuse, we use Google’s consent mode: no advertising data is stored on your device. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, and manage your Google advertising preferences at adssettings.google.com.
